BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM SOLITUDECHLORIDE, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

> The artist have the right to deny any type of drawing they're not comfortable to draw;
> Any artwork made by solitudeChloride must only exist in digital formats, unless communicated and negociated otherwise by the client to the artist;
> Any artwork made by solitudeChloride is not available for commercial use unless communicated and negociated otherwise by the client to the artist;> At first, the client will receive a free watermarked sketch of the drawing's idea to serve as an example of how it'll look like. Then, they'll have to pay half the price stated by the artist for the production to start. The production is divided between SKETCH, LINEART, COLORS and RENDER (all watermarked). The full price may be payed in any phase of production, but is indeed necessary before the final phase of production(without watermark);
> Comissions will take between 2 (two) and 5 (five) weeks to be fully delivered, depending on it's complexity. If the artist takes any more time than stated, the comission may be refunded;
> Comissions can only be refunded before the lineart stage of production, the cash back being half the paid price for the start of the drawing's production.

AO COMPRAR QUALQUER ARTE DE SOLITUDECHLORIDE, VOCÊ ESTÁ DECLARANDO
QUE VOCÊ LEU E CONCORDOU COM AS SEGUINTES CONDIÇÕES:

> O artista tem o direito de negar qualquer tipo de desenho que não se sinta confortável em fazer;
> Qualquer obra realizada por solitudeChloride deverá existir apenas em formato digital, a menos que comunicada e negociada pelo cliente ao artista;
> Qualquer obra de arte feita por solitudeChloride não está disponível para uso comercial, a menos que comunicada e negociada pelo cliente ao artista;
> A princípio, o cliente receberá gratuitamente um esboço com marca d'água da ideia do desenho para servir de exemplo de como ficará. Depois, há o dever de pagar metade do preço informado pelo artista para que a produção comece. A produção é dividida entre SKETCH, LINEART, COLORS e RENDER (todos com marca d'água). O preço total pode ser pago em qualquer fase da produção, mas é necessário antes da fase final da produção (sem marca d'água).
> As comissões levarão entre 2 (duas) e 5 (cinco) semanas para serem totalmente entregues, dependendo da sua complexidade. Se o artista demorar mais do que o indicado, a comissão poderá ser reembolsada.
> As comissões só poderão ser reembolsadas antes da fase LINEART de produção, sendo o dinheiro de volta metade do preço pago no início da produção do desenho,
